get moving


Get Moving is my personal campaign to get healthy. It all started when I realized that, since graduating college, I've stopped exercising regularly. After several failed attempts to get back into shape, I realized that my lack of motivation was playing a huge role in my anti-exercise lifestyle. I hope that keeping track of my exercise on the calendar below will help keep my motivation going and reach the goals I've set for myself.
